Life is a journey for us all. 

We travel through wonder, discovery and ambition, experiencing love, laughter, success and disappointments, all while constantly learning, and gaining an appreciation of ourselves and the world around us.

As we grow, we change and begin to see opportunities to reflect, relax, and give something back to others on their own journey. These poems capture that journey in all it’s phases, including the tears, the laughter, the exhaustion, the victories, the disappointments - and realization that we have something to offer others.

Challenges form our character, and can build strength - when we let them.

Whatever challenges we face, whether it’s peer pressure, fear, other people’s expectations or ‘distractions’, I’ve learned that it’s never too late to make different choices. Every day is new opportunity to stand up, dust ourselves off, and start again.

Life is filled with questions, and the longer we’ve been on the journey, the more important it is to find the answers.

Are you looking in the right places?

No matter what challenges you’re facing, or what questions you want answered, I know there’s hope. 

How do I know? Because I’ve been there, right on the very edge… but I came back. Today, I’ve never been more fulfilled, more content, or more excited about my future. There IS an answer - and today is a brand new day.
